At this moment, we are trying to set up our GISwater environment. In this, we are following the official manual. We are now supposed to configure the catalogs. In order to do this, according to step 6.2.2 of the manual, we should open a 'Configuration Form'. However, we cannot find this form anywhere. There is a project configuration tool, but this tool looks entirely different from the tool in the screenshot of the manual. We would appreciate directions, thank you!

You have to configurate catalogs, but it's not mandatory to use Config Tool. Chapter 6 of the manual isn't updated to last version, so the screenshot looks diferent (but the use of the tool is similar).
I'll recomend you both the Manual and the Wiki ( https://github.com/Giswater/giswater_dbmodel/wiki/Start-from-Scratch) to help you set up a Giswater environment.
