Want to know about AeroMexico emotional support animal policy? Emotional support animals are accepted by AeroMexico for the convenience of customers. Airline regulations allow both service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs) to travel in the cabin with their owners. A traveller, however, is not permitted to take both an ESA and a service animal. Only cats and dogs are allowed to fly as ESAs, and owners must have a legitimate letter from a doctor describing why they require the animal.
